Kitty parties have recently gone through a makeover with couples and even men entering this realm that was exclusively associated with women earlier. It’s only true that kitty parties have been revamped and the transformation is evident on all levels and across all ages and gender. Men’s entry has led to redefining the term “kitty party.”

Kitty parties for men are a relatively new and one of the more interesting phenomena in the evolution of kitties. According to a newspaper report, men hardly have anything to complain about the fact. If anything, these social gatherings enable them to establish a network of people and places.

While women are more inclined to talk about makeup and jewelry and clothing, men are more comfortable with talking about things like news and general happenings around the world. However, one thing that both women and men like to talk about in common during kitty parties is food!

Food recipes are discussed with adoration and excitement by both parties. So, here is a kitty party recipe to tingle your taste buds:

Achari Paneer


A great dish to go with the occasion, Achari Paneer derives its flavor and aroma from a grand mix of native seeds and herbs.

Ingredients:

1 cup Paneer
1 tsp Fennel Seeds
1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
 5 to 6 Fenugreek Seeds
1 tsp Nigella Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Asafoetida or Hing
1/2 cup sliced onions
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Black Salt
3/4 cup fresh Yogurt or Dahi
1 tsp White Flour
3 tbsp Coriander leaves
1 tbsp Oil
Salt

How to pull it off:

•    Take a bowl and mix fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin, fennel seeds, nigella seeds with a bit of asafetida.
•    Ready a pan with oil and once it’s heated, slide in the mixture of seeds carefully.
•    Once the seeds have popped, add some chopped onions into the pan and stir until they are just about to turn brown in color.
•    Add the paneer, turmeric powder, chilli powder along with a bit of black salt and stir.
•    Pour in the curd with some white flour and mix well.
•    Add the coriander and salt and let it cook for a while on a light flame.
•    Serve hot along with rotis or rice.
